Center for Orphans Welfare (C.O.W.) was founded in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 2005 by Drazi Alfred Ronald and Isaac Marknoll. C.O.W. operates as a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization in Iowa, so that donations to Center for Orphans Welfare are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
